Wildflower Lacquer has two special edition polishes and the Celestial Collection for the January 2023 release. The Celestial Collection was created with Instagramer The Lacquered Unicorn whose husband is an astrophotographer – the polishes are interpretations of things in the sky he has photographed! Each polish is priced at $12.50 to $13.50 or $87.50 for all seven polishes in the Celestial Collection. There is also a charity polish dedicated to Taylor’s grandfather and a re-released 2.0 polish. They are available until noon CST January 10. Let’s check them out!*press sample*Wildflower Lacquer Always Remember You Are Stronger Than You Think is the Suicide Awareness polish for 2023. Taylor’s grandfather lost his battle with depression in 2005 and she does a yearly polish to support causes related to his interests. This year, $5 from each sale benefits a split between The Elephant Sanctuary in Tennessee and American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. The polish has a mauve taupe base with pink-gold-green multichrome iridescent shimmer. I wore it in three thin coats, but two will cover. It has a nice, fast-drying formula. Wildflower Lacquer Selene 2.0 is a deep navy with magenta-gold-green multichrome shimmer and holo microflakes. I wore it in three thin coats but two will cover. Again, it had a nice, fast-drying formula.Next are the polishes in the Celestial Collection.Wildflower Lacquer Cygnus Loop is a deep charcoal with magenta-gold-green multichrome shimmer and holo microflakes. I wore this in three thin coats, but two will cover. This looks similar to Selene 2.0 but the base is gray and the shimmer is larger particle and has a stronger shift.Wildflower Lacquer Cygnus Wall is a cobalt blue with gold-green-blue-indigo multichrome iridescent shimmer and holo microflakes. I wore it in three thin coats, but two will cover. The base covers and colors some of the holo flakes which is a fun effect.Wildflower Lacquer Elephant Trunk Nebula is a brick red jelly with green-gold-red-magenta multichrome iridescent shimmer. I wore it in four thin coats, but two or three will cover. This one may stain susceptible nails. The effect is really unique and I love the look of this one.Wildflower Lacquer Lagoon Nebula is a charcoal with magnetic holo shimmer and copper red-gold-green multichrome large-particle iridescent shimmer. I wore it in two thin coats, but one might cover. The magnetic effect is subtle.Wildflower Lacquer Lagoon Nebula unmagnetized in two thin coats.Wildflower Lacquer Milky Way is a medium gray shimmer with pink-orange duochrome shimmer and linear holo shimmer. I wore it in three thin coats, but two will cover.Wildflower Lacquer North America Nebula is a lilac jelly with aqua-magenta duochrome shimmer. I wore this in four thin coats, but two or three will cover. It had a fast-drying formula and is not prone to streaks or bubbling.Wildflower Lacquer Supernova is technically intended as a topper, but I wore it as a full polish. It has a clear base with a lot of holo microflakes and orange-red-green multichrome iridescent microglitter. I wore it in four thin coats on its own but three will also cover. There were no issues with texture or removal. Now for live swatches! These polishes are available for pre-order through noon on January 10. I love the variety of finishes this month and each of the polishes dries quickly, facilitating my usual late-night manis! The holo flakes are so fun.
