Gypsy Rose Blanchard and her boyfriend, Ken Urker, celebrated their impending role as parents and revealed their baby’s sex at a gender reveal party on August 11, 2024. Blanchard confirmed she was expecting in July.

“The moment y’all have been waiting for… It’s a girl! Ken and I are over the moon and are so excited to start our family. We’re so thankful for our friends, neighbors, and families who came to our party today! We also want thank ya’ll for your love and support!” Blanchard wrote in the caption of an Instagram post.
The happy news comes after Blanchard and her husband, Ryan Anderson, announced their separation. The timing caused some fans to question the child’s paternity, but Blanchard set the record straight during an interview with Good Morning America.
“It was mid-March when I left Ryan. So, this is absolutely 100 percent Ken’s baby. There was never any question of paternity,” she said in her first interview after announcing her pregnancy. When a fan further questioned her on social media, Blanchard candidly responded, “Left Ryan March 23rd had a period April 17th, made love with Ken and only him April 27, 28, 29, 30 and conceived on May 4th positive test on May 24th. KEN IS THE FATHER.”
She also told GMA that she’s more focused on her baby than her ex. “I’m hoping that [Anderson] is OK emotionally, and I wish him the best emotionally. But right now, I have not even had a moment to stop and think about anybody else except for, ‘Am I taking my prenatals in the morning? Am I drinking enough water?’ Like, I have so much to focus on, making sure that I’m healthy for this baby,” she shared.
