Despite their highly publicized divorce last September, Sophie Turner’s response to Joe Jonas and Stormi Bree’s relationship has been nothing but positive. The Game of Thrones actress is reportedly “relieved” to see her ex-husband putting himself back out there.
As per a source who spoke to OK! magazine, “She’s not bothered with who Joe is seeing. She’s relieved to see him moving on.” Which, at the end of the day, makes sense: the 27-year-old actress has been dating British aristocrat Peregrine Pearson since October 2023, and is reportedly “very happy” herself in her new relationship. “Sophie has been casually dating a few people since her split from Joe,” a source told Us Weekly in December 2023, adding that The X-Men: Dark Phoenix star “really seems to like spending time with Perry.”

It’s nice to hear that this sentiment applies both ways, as Sophie gets closer to Perry and Joe explores his new relationship.
Speaking of which: the Jonas Brothers frontman has been linked to model and internet personality Stormi Bree since December 2023, and it seems that things have been steadily picking up steam since. The paparazzi caught the pair cozying up together during a sun-soaked getaway to Mexico in early January 2024. In the photos obtained by Page Six, the duo was spotted at a private airport in Cabo San Lucas on January 3, with another sighting showing them hitting the slopes in Aspen, Colorado the following day.
According to an insider who spoke to US Weekly at the time, Joe’s connection with Stormi is still in its early stages. “Joe is enjoying spending time with Stormi. His main priority and focus will always be his children, but at the same time, he’s putting himself out there and is open to what’s to come,” the source revealed. “Things are still very new, but he’s happy and he’s open to seeing where things go.”
These new beginnings come just a few months after Sophie and Joe called it quits on their marriage. “After four wonderful years of marriage we have mutually decided to amicably end our marriage,” the former couple wrote in a joint statement shared on September 6, 2023. “There are many speculative narratives as to why, but truly this is a united decision, and we sincerely hope that everyone can respect our wishes for privacy for us and our children.” The pair, who got married in 2019 after three years of dating, share two daughters—Willa, born in 2020, and Delphine, born in 2022.
Shortly after their divorce was announced, Sophie and Joe found themselves in a bitter custody battle over their two children.
