Hiya guys! Another fun day to play with polish. Well maybe not a fun day since this week has been another hectic one. My older dog has unexpected surgery this week and that took a lot of us both mentally and financially. Especially that latter one. The good news is that he’s pulled through well and he’s back home now doing well. It was so crazy how quiet the house was without him even though we have three other dogs, haha. Guess we know who the crazy one is now. But now that all that has been settled I can back to my true happy place… my polish domain! Today I’m sharing another March contribution to Polish Pick-Up this time from the brand Rogue Lacquer. The theme for Polish Pick-Up this month is Spring and this shade is inspired by Robin’s Egg. It’s another gorgeous polish that is sure to knock your socks off, so let’s go ahead and get started.Hatched by Rogue Lacquer will be available through Polish Pick-Up from March 5th until March 8th. There is no cap on this shade and each 13mL bottle retails for $12.00.Rogue Lacquer – HatchedHatched can be described as a creamy robins egg blue with copper metallic flakes. Wowza. Am I right? This whole robin egg look is such an aesthetically pleasing vibe. Like it’s a whole vibe and I am here for it. Normally I would see this with either black or white glitters, but might be the first one I have seen with copper flakes. Very gorgeous combination and feels like a stable polish for any and all collections. I was also pleasantly surprised at how well this particular tone of teal looked against my skin-tone. It simply made my skin glow without causing any kind of harsh clashing. The formula has a sheer application that builds-up easily for full creamy coverage. It has a good consistency for the most part although it does lean a bit thicker than normal. That said, it has a smooth layering process with no issues at all. There is no clumping at all and the flakes disperse well throughout for an even look. This is definitely jam-packed no doubt, which explains the slightly thicker consistency but still very easy to work with. The finish dries down to a slightly gritty feel, but it smoothes out perfectly after topcoat. I would also like to note that I experienced no staining on removal to my nail beds or cuticles. Shown here in three coats and sealed with a glossy topcoat. And that’s a wrap on this teal beauty! Although there is no cap, this is a limited time polish so be sure to add it to your cart before it’s too late. It’s definitely one of my all time favorite shades from this brand, but make sure you check them out on social media for other equally gorgeous polishes. But you know guys know how much I love it, but I am curious what do you think? Is this one making your list this month for Polish Pick-Up? Let me know your thoughts down in the comments below. Until next time, stay safe and well xoxo Moonbaes.
We will be happy to hear your thoughts
