How to use
1.File and shape the nail surface carefully

4. Apply liquid powder,wait about 15s
5.Use eyeshadow applicators or your finger rub it constantly and softly until you feel the liquid be dry
6.Repeat step 4 and step 5 until you are satisfied with the effect.
7. Apply top coat then cure.
