Naps and Nails Sweet Tooth Collection Swatches and Reviews

*press samples*Hello hello! I’ve been a posting machine lately. I still have a couple Zoya collections I need to get posted, so stay tuned for that. Tonight I have a brand new 5-piece collection releasing from Naps and Nails and it’s inspired by the show Sweet Tooth. I’m not gonna lie, I had no idea about this show, but now that I looked it up, I want to watch it. Are you a fan? If so, tell me more about it in the comments. Anyway, back to the polishes, this set will be available on July 20th on the Naps and Nails website. Each cream polish will retail for $10 while Sweet Tooth (holo flakie) will be $13. If you purchase all 5 polishes, you will get them for the discounted price of $50. Shall we get to the the photos? Naps and Nails Bear (2 coats)Up first we have Bear which is a tawny brown cream. Did I have to Google different shades of brown to figure out the proper name for this? Yes, yes I did. This one reminds me of the desert, and I love it. These creams are extremely pigmented, and I need just 2 thin coats for full opacity. Naps and Nails Big Man (3 coats)Continuing on, Big Man is a blacked maroon cream. The macro photo of my ring finger is a good indicator of what it looks like in most lights. Don’t worry, I didn’t find it to look black, even in dim light. I did use 3 coats for this one, but that’s only because of the blogging lights. If I wasn’t taking photos, 2 coats would have been plenty. It’s so shiny! Naps and Nails Sweet Tooth (2 coats)Up next we have Sweet Tooth which is a red based holo with a strong red/gold/copper shift and black metallic flakes. Just look at those flakes! The gold comes out to play the most at extreme angles. I don’t think I have anything quite like this. Only 2 coats was needed, and it basically applied itself. Naps and Nails Weird Deer Shit (2 coats)The name of this one! My hair stylist saw this on my nails and immediately wanted to know what it was, so I told her the name and she laughed hard. I can’t wait to watch the show so I can understand where this name came from. This one is a medium forest green cream that dries to a shiny finish. Shown is 2 coats. Naps and Nails Wendy (2 coats)You know I love a mustard polish. Last, but certainly not least we have Wendy which is a medium mustard yellow cream. This is one of those prugly (pretty ugly) polishes and I mean that in the best way. It applied easily in just 2 coats. There you have it, folks. My top picks have to be Wendy, Sweet Tooth, and Weird Deer Shit, but you may as well buy them all for $50. I really love the color story of this collection, and I hope you do, too. Don’t forget, these go live on July 20th, so set those alarms. *These polishes were provided by the company or PR representative. All reviews are based solely on my opinion.
