Takis fans rejoice (and Maybelline ones)! There’s a brand new Maybelline Lifter Plump x Takis Collaboration that’s coming soon! This new Takis x Maybelline Lifter Plump Lipgloss Collection will feature eight new shades formulated with chili pepper (no word whether the shades will actually taste like Takis! I doubt it but a girl can hope!). They haven’t revealed the complete line of shades but they do have one entitled “Hot Honey”. Sadly, there isn’t any special packaging to go along with this launch from what I seen in the teaser on Instagram! Either way, I’m excited to see the new shades as I love this formula. I just wish they’d stop promoting it using people will fillers because it seriously, does plump lips and gives them a nice fuller look why they feel the need to market it using influencers that lip fillers is beyond me as the product does really work!
This launch comes close on the heels of the big NYX Cherry Spice Duck Plump High Pigment Lip Plumping Gloss featuring Cardi B that was debuted during the Super Bowl. Drugstore brands like E.L.F. and NYX have really being do the most when it comes to marketing lately! E.L.F.’s Jennifer Coolidge Dirty Pillows Lip Kit campaign was genius!
Maybelline Lifter Plump x Takis Collection doesn’t have a launch date yet but the way these things go I wouldn’t be too surprised if this launch doesn’t happen soon! I’ll let you know when it drops!
