Let’s check it out.*press sample*Great Lakes Lacquer Trap of Love is a black-violet with strong red-orange-gold multichrome shimmer and holo microflakes. I wore it in three thin coats, but two will cover. This had a quick dry time and good formula. This is one of my favorite kinds of polishes – deep and vampy with strong contrast shimmer and some holo. Top coat does make the polish bleed a bit, in that the holo flakes will take on a blue tinge, but if you wanted the flakes to be pure silver you can use a water-based top coat before finishing with your regular one.
