Simone Biles is the most decorated gymnast of all time, but before she took her third gold medal in Paris, she took her TikTok fans through her beauty routine, including revealing what she thinks about Botox. Biles has won three gold and one silver at the 2024 Olympics, cementing her place as the Greatest of All Time.

This may be the last time we see Simone compete at the Olympics, ending her reign with a silver medal in the floor exercise finals, but she fell short of announcing her retirement. “You guys really gotta stop asking athletes what’s next after they win a medal at the Olympics,” she tweeted. “Let us soak up the moment we’ve worked our whole lives for.”

“For my 27th birthday, I got Botox—baby Botox—just right here in my T-Zone,” she said in a GRWM video shared on August 2, referring to ant-wrinkle injectables that are administered in smaller doses to smooth fine lines. “I did not like it, so I haven’t got it again.”
She explained she didn’t like it because she couldn’t control her facial expressions—her eyebrow would “randomly” raise. “I would be, like, standing at practice, and then my eyebrow would slowly be going up,” Biles said. “[One of my teammates] would be like, ‘Simone, your eyebrow’s going up again.’ I was like, ‘I feel it and I couldn’t get it back down.’” Biles concluded by explaining, “Now I can do all the facials. Not doing that again.”
The comments section was flooded with praise for Biles’ transparency. “You are so real being open about Botox. we heart you GOAT!” wrote one fan. “Believe in your self Simone, you are beautiful from inside, out. And you do not need Botox, you are so beautiful, just the way you are. I envy your skin face, you don’t have any wrinkles!!!” another commented.
